Temple Run 2 is a game where the protagonist must avoid danger while exploring a large temple in search for treasure. You must avoid various traps and obstacles in order to defeat the giant monkey.
Temple Run's popularity has skyrocketed since its first appearance on the App Store in August 2011. Temple Run was one of the top 50 apps that Apple App Store customers downloaded in December 2011. Temple Run was ultimately the iOS application that sold the most copies and also had the most free downloads from Apple's App Store. Temple Run 2 was inspired by Temple Run. In just four days, Temple Run 2 has been downloaded more than 20 million times. Since June 2014, Temple Run 2 and Temple Run 3 have been downloaded more than one billion times.
